The hardest to find 15 minutes of TV.

Eric and Tim's Awesome Show, Great Job is a difficult show to tune into. It's fifteen minutes and seems to never be on. Yet it produces gems like these...

Thanks to Youtube and Tony Zimney.

Happy Memorial Day

Some incredible quotes, with a couple exceptions.(From Atomic email)

"All war represents a failure of diplomacy." -- Tony Benn

"War is only a cowardly escape from the problems of peace." -- Thomas Mann

"After each war there is a little less democracy to save." -- Brooks Atkinson

"What a cruel thing is war: to separate and destroy families and friends, and mar the purest joys and happiness God has granted us in this world; to fill our hearts with hatred instead of love for our neighbors, and to devastate the fair face of this beautiful world." -- Robert E. Lee

"War is what happens when language fails." -- Margaret Atwood

"You teach a child to read, and he or her will be able to pass a literacy test." -- George W. Bush

Two Great Interviews

I enjoy funny TV shows. These two guys are responsible for two shows I thoroughly enjoyed.

The first is Bob Odenkirk, creator of Mr. Show as well as the Ben Stiller Show. Some of the stuff from the Stiller show is a bit dated now, but at the time I remember thinking is was awesome.

Next was a show perfect for HBO, unfortunately HBO didn't think so. Louis CK's show Lucky Louie. Read his interview.

Oh Great*

*Said in a huffy sarcastic manner.

Seacaucus, New Jersey was the site of major disppointment for the Milwaukee Bucks last night. See we were all set to get the number 3 pick in the NBA Draft until some ping pong balls said otherwise. Falling to number 6 we're now set to get a moderately disappointing player. Which seems to be the Bucks MO, draft someone horrible.

Larry Harris took on the look of someone who has no business being an NBA GM, he appeared nervous as usual when put in front of the spot light.

Favorite Show of 2006-7

Watch this and it's pretty obvious why 30 Rock is the shit--Alec Baldwin. As we no doubt already know, Baldwin enjoys making phone calls to a certain younger Baldwin. This was not good, primarily cause it made him want to quit the show. That would've been very bad. It's funny this seems to be the perfect role for Baldwin to play. Part Glengary Glenross, part Canteen Boy sketch.

"A-B-C" "Coffee is for closers"

As the 2007 TV season comes to close please take stock for next year. And give 30 Rock a chance.
